Dilled Fish Fillets
pn Dried dill; generous amt
1/4 lb Sole or flounder fillet
2 tb Dry white wine
2 ts Lemon or lime juice
Salt & pepper; to taste
For a single serving: Put chopped dill under the fish in a small
ramekin. (Or arrange fish over the dill in a shallow, non-metallic
baking pan.) Sprinkle with sherry, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven 12 minutes.
Uncover and sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Serve with sauce in
