Old Mexico Fish Fillets

2 tb Butter; melted
8 Fresh mushrooms; sliced
1 Onion; chopped
4 Tomatoes; coarsely chopped
2 tb Chives; chopped
1 1/2 tb Basil
1 Clove garlic; minced
3 Green onions & tops; sliced
Salt and pepper
4 Fish fillets; your choice

Saute mushrooms in butter for 3 minutes; add next 8 ingredients; simmer, covered for 10-12 minutes. Put fish in greased 1-1/2 quart casserole; pour sauce over fish; bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until fish is white and flaky. Easy, quick, and GOOD!
