Sea Bass Almondine

2 lb Sea bass fillets
Fresh lemon juice
6 tb Butter
2/3 c Slivered blanched almonds
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Chopped parsley

Dip fillets in lemon juice, then in flour; saute' in butter until delicately browned on both sides. Remove to heated platter. Add almonds to pan & brown very quickly; add salt & pepper to taste, a dash of lemon juice & parsley. Pour almond mixture over hot fillets; serve at once.
