Swordfish and Sauce

2 lb Sword fish steaks
2 Stalks celery with leaves, chopped
2 tb Capers
56 oz Plum tomatoes, pureed
1 Onion, chopped
1 lb Linguine, cooked al dente

Saute celery, onion, and capers until soft. Add pureed tomatoes. Cook for 30 minutes. Add sword fish and simmer slowly for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Remove fish to serving platter. Serve sauce over pasta, adding water from cooking pasta if sauce becomes too thick.
