2 Halibut filets
1/2 Stick butter
1 Chopped onion
Salt & pepper
Sour Cream
1 c White wine

Melt butter in pan over stovetop. Chop onions, add to pan and saute. Season filets with salt & pepper and place in pan. Let cook for approximately 5 minutes...make sure not to turn the fish. Place pan in oven and broil until top is slightly browned. Remove halibut from oven, spatula on plate and add sour cream to side if desired.

Serve fish and salad with broil red potatoes.
