Lemon Broiled Fish
1/2 c Margarine -- melted
1/4 c Lemon juice, bottled -- (concentrate)
2 c Fresh bread crumbs -- (4 Slices)
1 tb Chopped parsley
1/2 ts Paprika
1 lb Orange roughy fillets -- Thawed
Combine margarine and lemon juice in measuring cup. In separate
bowl, mix together bread crumbs, parsley, and 1/4 cup of the lemon
juice mixture. To the remaining lemon juice mixture, add paprika, and
dip fish. Broil until fish easily flakes with a fork (about 5
minutes). Top fish with crumbs. Broil until heated through.
