Baked Fish Fillets with Honey-Lemon Butter

2 1/2 c Honey
3 1/2 c Butter; softened
3 1/3 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Lemon zest; finely chopped
100 Fish fillet; 5-6 oz. each, white
Lemon slices; optional


Beat honey, butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth; chill bri 2. Arrange fish fillets on greased sheet pans; lightly season with salt an 3.
