Catfish with Pecans

2 lb Catfish fillets
1 c Flour
1 ts Salt
1/4 c Butter
1/4 ts Ground red pepper
1 ts Grated lemon peel
Sauce:
1/2 c Fine chopped pecans
1/4 c Melted butter
1 tb Lemon juice
Twist of lemon
1 ts Worchestershire
Parsley


Combine flour, salt, pepper and lemon rind. Dredge fillets in flour mixture. Melt butter in skillet and cook fillets on both sides until lightly browned. Remove and place in oblong baking dish. Combine sauce and pour over fillets. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until catfish flakes easily. Garnish with parsley.
