Easy Tuna Casserole

1 (6 1/8 oz.) can Tuna
1 (7 oz.) package elbow noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup milk

Boil noodles until tender. Drain and rinse. Mix all ingredients in a medium size saucepan on low until warm.
