Baked Stuffed Haddock

2 lbs. Haddock
2 tubes Ritz crackers
2 sticks butter, melted
10 Tbsp. Gallo white sherry
Parsley flakes

Soak fish in a little milk first. Place fish skin down with stuffing on top. Bake at 375 F for 25 minutes.
