Sole Almandine

1 lb Skinless sole fillets
2 tb Melted butter
1 tb Lemon juice
1/8 ts Pepper
1/8 ts Onion powder
1/8 ts Nutmeg
1 tb Slivered blanched almonds
Chopped parsley


Place fillets in shallow baking dish that has been sprayed with a non stick coating. In bowl combine butter, lemonjuice & seasonings. Brush fish with sauce. Broil 4-6" from source of heat for 4-6 minutes. During last few minutes of cooking, moisten almonds with remaining sauce & spread over fish to brown lightly. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
