Flounder Skillet

1/2 c 100% corn oil margarine
1 tb Dill weed
2 c Thinly sliced potatoes
1 c Sliced onion
1 pk (9oz) green beans
1 lb Flounder fillets
1/2 c Water
1/4 c Lemon juice
3/4 ts Salt
White pepper
Lemon slices (for garnish)


Melt all margarine except 1 Tbls. in skillet; stir in dill weed. Layer potatoes, onions & green beans in skillet; top with flounder. Sprinkle top with water, lemon juice, salt & white pepper; dot with remaining margarine. Cover, reduce heat & simmer until potatoes are done about 20 minutes. (Do not overcook.) Garnish with lemon slices.
