Flounder De Luxe

2 lb Fillet of flounder
1/2 lb Mushrooms; chopped fine and cooked in butter
2 Eggs; hard-boiled
Salt and pepper
Melted butter
Thick cream sauce

Place a layer of flounder in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and melted butter. Cover with a layer of mushrooms and a layer of chopped egg. Place remaining fish on top. Cook for 15 minutes in a preheated 450 F oven. When ready to serve, pour over the top a thick cream sauce made of 1 Tbsp butter, 1 Tbsp flour, and 1 cup of milk, with salt, pepper and paprika added to taste, cooked until thick.
