Red Snapper

1 lb. red Snapper or other milk fish
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes

Put 1/2 tomatoes in bottom of baking dish or large skillet. Lay fish on top and cover with remainder of tomatoes. Bake at 350 F until tender or simmer, covered, on top of stove.

Serves 2 to 4
