Teriyaki Halibut

1/2 c Seasoned bread crumbs
4 Halibut filets
1 tb Olive oil
1/2 c Pineapple juice
3 ts Teriyaki sauce
1 tb Honey
1/2 ts Arrowroot
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/8 ts Cayenne pepper

Coat the halibut in the bread crumbs, shaking off excess crumbs. In a large skillet heat the olive oil until hot. Sauté the halibut until golden, about 4 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, honey, arrowroot, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Add the sauce to the pan and cover. Allow to simmer for 3-4 minutes until halibut is cooked through and sauce is thickened.
