Just for the Halibut

1 1/2 lb. fresh Halibut
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
1 Tbsp. white cooking wine or sherry
1/4 cup butter

Season Fillets to taste. Dip in wine/sherry. Melt butter in skillet. Add Halibut and simmer in covered skillet about 4 minutes and turn for another 4 minutes. Serve with vegetables and rice.
