1 can Tuna
1 onion, minced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup water
Salt and pepper
1 cup Bar-b-que sauce
Drain and flake Tuna. Combine all other ingredients in saucepan, heat; add Tuna. simmer covered 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add water if necessary. Serve over rice.
