Fish A La Eileen

Sole, or any boneless White Fish Fillets
1 1/4 cups sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese
Paprika


Mix together sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread on fish Fillets. Cover with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 500 F until the cheese is melted.
