Fish With Dijon Mustard Sauce
2 lbs. White Fish, Sole or Haddock
2 egg whites
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2-3 tsp. Dijon mustard
Dash of dill
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in the mayonnaise and the mustard. Cover the fish with egg white mixture. Sprinkle dill on top. Bake 25 minutes in 350 degree oven.
