Italian Fish

2 lb. flat fish (Flounder)
2 eggs
2 cups Italian bread crumbs
Cooking oil


Rinse fish in cold water. Scramble eggs in a medium bowl. Dip fish Fillets into eggs. Then roll in Italian bread crumbs. Heat oil in heavy saucepan. Fry fish until browned and flakes well.
