Grilled Fish

2 lbs. Swordfish Steak or Salmon Fillets
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley


Combine all ingredients. Allow fish to marinate for several hours.


Grill 5 minutes a side, basting.


Serves 4
