Beer Batter Halibut
1 lb. Halibut
3/4 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup beer
1 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Accent to taste
Cut Halibut in 2-quart squares. Roll in batter. A pinch of sugar in batter will help brown. Deep fry until brown.
