Baked Hake With Cheese

1 1/2 lbs. Hake steak or Fillets
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. sage
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 cup sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 F. Wash and dry Hake. Sprinkle the sides with salt, pepper and sage. Place in greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover with sour cream. Bake 25 minutes.
