Boston Baked Fish
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 lbs. Flounder or Haddock
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Mix cracker crumbs with margarine. Spread over Fillets. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese and paprika. Spread on can of mushroom soup. Bake at 350 F 40 minutes.
