Pecan Flounder

4 slices fresh Flounder
2 cups chopped pecans
1/8 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine
1 lemon, sliced

Coat fish with pecans. Place fish in baking dish with olive oil and white wine. Put sliced lemon on top of fish. Bake at 350 F until fish is flaky, about 20 minutes. 4 servings.
