Mock Lobster

2 cups water
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning or to taste
1 (1 lb.) package frozen firm fish, thawed (Pollock, Haddock, etc.)

Boil all but fish. Cut fish into bite-size pieces and cook in the broth for 6-8 minutes. Serve with melted butter.

Serves 4-6
