Smothered Mackerel

1 (16 oz.) can Mackerel
1/2 cup onion
1/2 bell pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Dash cayenne


Saute onions and bell pepper with olive oil. Add Mackerel and simmer for 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce and cayenne; simmer another 15 minutes. Serve over steamed rice.
