Fillet of Sole

2 lbs. Fillet of Sole
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 Tbsp. SWEET butter
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper


Grease 2 quart casserole with cover. Layer fish in casserole. Pour other ingredients over. Bake, covered, at 375 F for 20-25 minutes.
