Lime and Mustard Flounder Fillets

2 lbs. Flounder Fillets
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp. lime juice


Place Fillets on a rack in a broiler pan. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, and lime juice; spread mixture over Fillets. Broil 6 inches from heat 6-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
