Fish With Ritz Topping

2-4 lbs. Haddock Fillets
1 large onion, grated
2 carrots, grated
1/4 lb. fresh Scallops, chopped fine (uncooked)
1/4 lb. melted butter (optional)

Crush crackers - grate onions, carrots into crackers, add chopped Scallops and melted butter. Pile on fish and press down. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes. Preheat oven.
