Poor Man's Scallops

1 large onion
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. fresh Haddock
1 package small shells

Cook small shells. Saute onion and garlic in butter until transparent. Add Haddock, cut in 1 inch cubes. Fry 5 minutes. Sprinkle salt and pepper and paprika to taste. Serve over cooked shells with carrots and green vegetables.
