Yogurt Fish Dish
1 lb. Turbot fillet
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. white wine
1 egg yolk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
Wash fish, place in greased pan. Mix yogurt with wine, egg yolk and seasonings. Pour over fish. Bake at 400 F for about 20 minutes. 200 calories per serving.
Yield: 4 servings
