Cheddar Baked Haddock

1 lb. Haddock
2 tsp. chopped; onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk

Season Haddock with salt and pepper in a shallow baking pan. Saute onion in margarine. Add bread crumbs and cheese. Spread over the Fillets. Pour milk around the fish. Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes.
