Cheese Salmon Loaf

1 (1 lb.) can Pink Salmon
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 beaten egg
2 slices bread (crumbs)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Mix all the ingredients together. Put in a buttered 1 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 F, covered for 25 minutes and uncovered for 10 minutes.
