Oriental Fish Teriyaki

1 lb. Swordfish or Tuna
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper


Combine all ingredients. Marinate fish at least 1/2 hour each side. Grill approximately 5 minutes on each side.
