Fillet Elegante

Fresh Haddock, Halibut or Flounder Fillets
1 can frozen cream of Shrimp soup, thawed
1/2 stick margarine
1 tsp. pepper
Paprika to taste
Parmesan cheese to taste


Line cookie sheet with foil. Grease well. Place Fillets on foil. Dot with margarine and sprinkle with pepper. Spread soup over Fillets and sprinkle with paprika. Then sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes.
