Festive Haddock

2 lbs. frozen Haddock Fillets, thawed
1/2 cup French dressing
1 1/2 cups crushed cheddar cheese crackers

Separate Fillets; dip in French dressing; roll in cracker crumbs. Place Fillets in single layer, skin side down, in greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 450 degree oven 10 to 15 minutes.
