Salmon Burger
2 small cans Salmon, drained 1 beaten egg 3/4 cup oats 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 Tbsp. dried parsley 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. Gulden's spicy brown mustard Mix together. Form into patties.
