Stuffed Calamare

2 lb. cleaned Squid
1 can Tuna
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg

Mix above ingredients; if too dry, add water as needed. Stuff loosely. Close with ROUND toothpick. Cook in sauce (tomato) NO LONGER than 20 minutes.
