Fish Filet Italian

1 1/2 lbs. Haddock Fillet
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper

*Any type of White Fish will suffice.

Grease dish, 9 x 13 inches. Lay fish. Pour tomato sauce mixed with remaining ingredients over the fish. Bake at 425 F for 20 minutes.
