Flounder Florentine

1 lb. fresh spinach, cooked
1 cup butter, melted
Juice from 1 lemon
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 cup dry white wine
1 lb. fresh Flounder or Sole Fillets


Combine first 7 ingredients in bowl, stir well. Spoon mixture onto fish fillet. Roll up fillet and place on greased baking dish. Bake at 350 F 30 minutes.
