Rolled Haddock Fillets

6 Haddock Fillets
Butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. minced onions
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Salt and pepper
Hot water to moisten
Dressing


Salt Haddock Fillets; mix remaining ingredients; spread on Fillets. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Bake at 450 F for 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite egg sauce.
