Fish Fillets Monterey

1 1/2 lbs. Flounder Fillets
Salt & pepper to taste
1/3 cup dry white wine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 cut up bay leaf
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/4 cup margarine
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
2 sprigs parsley, chopped


Roll Fillets and fasten with toothpick. Place in skillet. Pour liquid over. Simmer, covered 10 minutes. Baste and serve.


Serves 2 or 3.
