Gram Flour Fried Fish

1 lb. Mahi Mahi or red Snapper
1 cup gram flour
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. red pepper
A chopped green pepper
Salt
Cilantro
Parsley
1 egg


Cut fish into small pieces. Mix flour in fish and egg. Add all the herbs and spices. Let it marinate for 30 minutes. Heat the oil and fry the fish until golden brown. Serve with fries.
