Vera Cruz

4-8 oz. red Snapper fish Fillets
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup black olives, pitted
1/4 cup green olives
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Chablis wine

Lay Fillets in deep baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over Fillets. Bake in moderate oven 20-25 minutes.
