Lemon Fish

Filet Flounder (fresh) (1/2 lb. per serving
2 Tbsp. butter (margarine) per serving
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 lemon (whole)


Take fish and cut into desired portions, wash and dry. Place fish in 1 inch deep bake pan.


Cut up butter and place on top of fish. Cut lemon and squeeze on top. Don't be skimpy. Salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
