Herb Baked Fish

1/2 cup sweet butter, melted
2/3 cup crackers, crushed
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. Sole or Perch Fillets, thawed


Combine cracker crumbs, cheese and spices. Dip Fillets in melted butter and turn in crumb mixture. Arrange in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 F 25 to 30 minutes.
