1 can (16 oz.) Red Salmon
1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 egg
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 sandwich buns, split, toasted
Mash Salmon (including bones) in its liquid. Add bread crumbs, onion, egg and lemon juice. Mix well. Add more bread crumbs if needed for a firm mixture. Form into 4 burgers. Broil 4 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
