Virginia Lemon Fish

1 lb. frozen Flounder
1/2 cup margarine, melted
3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 cup cracker crumbs
Salt & pepper


Spread fish evenly in casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix margarine, lemon juice and parsley. Pour over fish, sprinkle with paprika and pour cracker crumbs over fish. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
