Halibut Creole

1 1/2 lb. sliced Halibut
Salt and pepper
5 thick slices tomato
1/2 cup diced green pepper
2 tsp. minced onion
1/3 cup melted butter

Place fish in buttered oven-proof platter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange tomatoes on top. Combine green pepper with onion; sprinkle on top of tomatoes. Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes. Baste with melted butter and juices.
